2016 Report Card Data Collection (Accountability Tasks)
The information below will be updated periodically as details become available from the state.  All dates are subject to change.

NEW THIS YEAR:  The SCDE will create an embargoed website where schools can view their State Report Card, which will be populated with data within two weeks of it being received.  This link will be shared with school leaders when it becomes available.  This will allow schools a longer period to review and possibly dispute data before it goes public.

NEW EMAIL ADDRESS:  This year, data files will be sent from (and returned to) a new district email address:  info@sccharter.org.  Please add this address to your contact list to prevent messages from going to your spam folder.  All questions regarding the accountability tasks should be sent to this address and will be answered by district staff.

TRAINING:  This 10-minute video briefly explains each task, describes what's new for this year, and answers some frequently asked questions.  Please watch before you begin!

School leaders submit a narrative that appears on the state report card.  This is an opportunity to brag on the school's accomplishments during the 2015-16 school year.

The narrative will be submitted using an online app in the SCDE Member Center.  Contact Zenobia Ealy (zealy@sccharter.org) to indicate who at the school should be given access to the "School Report Card Narrative" role.  This person will login through the SCDE website.

The app automatically includes last year's narrative for reference.  Click "New" to add this year's narrative.  A first draft must be submitted from all schools by the deadline listed here, though schools may continue to edit the narrative until the final deadline.
